"I have had a passion for cooking and baking since I was very young. My Gramma taught me a lot. I went to culinary school and worked in restaurants for many years as a line cook, but I still had not found where I was most happy. I started making preserves out of a love of cheese, and pairing chutneys and jellies with them."

"After going back to school and getting a regular 9-5 job, I knew I still wanted to cook and share my food. In 2019 I began making preserves on the side and selling them in markets. Since then, I have built a website, begun shipping across Canada, doing local deliveries by bike, and started partnerships with local businesses."
